Ethnic Studies Grad Requirements are a Beginning, Not an End
No, hate can't be legislated away by rules, laws, and regulations, but it can be addressed through education. Young people can still choose to be racist, but at least they can't claim ignorance, and just perhaps, a few will actually learn the error of their ways.
