Expand (or even start) your reading list! It doesn’t just have to be books (but we do have some pretty great recommendations here). You can try picking up a magazine or just spending some time at your local bookstore browsing the new bestsellers while social distancing.
Meditate
One of the most important parts of unplugging is finding the time to get right with yourself. Meditating is one of the best ways to do this, and it doesn’t have to be alone either. You can download some great apps like Headspace or Calm to guide you through meditation and make the practice less lonely as you clear your mind.
Show your pet some love.

Try taking your dog to the park or playing a game of fetch to show them all the amor they truly deserve. If you want to go the extra mile, you can try cooking something for them too!
Learn new recipes.
Some of you might be embracing that Postmates delivery charge, but for those who want to try their hand at cooking there’s help!! Try out some new recipes. It can be anything from the famous TikTok pasta to a Pinterest recipe. The possibilities are endless!
