Even during the pandemic, when many struggled, Latina labor force growth remained positive, showing just how resilient we can be.

Latinas are killing it in education as well! The number of Latinas with bachelor’s degrees grew by a whopping 103% from 2010 to 2021. That’s three times the rate of non-Hispanic women.
